KeyPro - Questions

Q: Can I use more than one keyboard?

Keys are locked to a single keyboard. This will allow you to update (replace) your smartphone as needed.

Q: Why do I receive error message when entering my key?

Keys have to be entered correctly, and exactly as it was sent to you. Check for space and make sure letters are entered as upper case.

Q: KeyPro does not discover my keyboard. What can I do?

Some keyboards are HID/SPP. Verify that keyboard is set to SPP mode. Also some phones may not support the Bluetooth SPP and will not work with KeyPro. You can also try to enter your keyboard MAC address manually.

Q: Keys pressed do not match character on keys. What can I do?

Not all keyboard layouts are supported. If you are using a keyboard that is supported, verify that that you select the correct keyboard in KeyPro's settings screen.

Q: Does KeyPro work with my smartphone?

KeyPro does not work with every smartphone sold today. This is the reason we've add a free-trial mode so you can test before deciding to purchase KeyPro.

It is also impossible for us to puchase every phone sold to test KeyPro on.

Q: KeyPro-Android where do I find the Icon?

KeyPro is not an application, it is a driver. Drivers show up in Android' [Settings\Language Input] screen.

Q: Do I need a key for Free-Trial?

After scanning for your keyboard from KeyPro exit and save. Ignore the "registration key is not valid message". You may need to Turn off you phone and back on again before switching input to KeyPro.

GamePro - Questions

Q: Can I use more than one gamepad?

Q: How do i purchase software?

We accept payment made through PayPal. If you have a general PayPal account you can purchase our software using the same account. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select “Don't have a PayPal account?” to pay by Credit Card and follow the instructions.

Q: How do i get my keys?

After purchasing our software, use the “Registration” link to request your keys.

Q: I have a mobile project can you help?

You can use our Contact us using our support email. Send us high level details of your project and one of our sales representatives will contact you within 1-2 days.
